Just be you. I know it seems like fitting in with everyone is what you should do, but it doesn't matter. You are amazing, and one of a kind. Also, the boys you have your eyes on, they are not so great. The majority of them only want to break your heart and move on to the next. Just wait a few years, and you'll meet your prince charming.
Don't give your mom such a hard time, she's doing the best she can. One day, she will be your best friend, and you will regret all the crap you shoved on her. She loves you, and only wants the best for you.
